Introduction to Darwin Care

We aim to provide a support service for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism as well as working with individuals who are suffering with mild mental health issues. We pride ourselves in delivering the highest possible standard of support and endeavour to enable individuals to reach their full potential in life.

We provide:

• Provide support to Customers to promote their independent living skills.
• Outreach support to people living in their own homes or in shared housing.
• Support for people to find and maintain suitable and meaningful work placements, voluntary, further education or day services.
• Transition support for young people leaving school or college into independent living or supported accommodation.
